TEDTalks

A wonderful source for great presentations are TED talks. There is also an app for smartphones and tablets. 
These are talks by inspiring people whose ideas are worth spreading, be they in technology, entertainment or design.
One of the best ones, for me, is Ken Robinson School kills creativity.
The other one is Jill Bolte Taylor's Stroke of insight.

By the way, there will be a TEDxramblas event in Barcelona in January.

Kindersendungen
Eine wunderbare Quelle für Podcasts zum Deutschlernen sind Kindersendungen. Sie erklären Kindern komplexe Konzepte. Erwachsene kennen die Konzepte. Ergo ist der Kontext klar.
Meine Lieblingssendungen für Deutschlerner sind Logo, Die Sendung mit der Maus, Wissen macht Ah und Käpt’n Blaubär.
Logo ist eine Nachrichtensendung.
Die Sendung mit der Maus erklärt Themen, z.B. eine Windenergieanlage.
Wissen macht Ah erklärt auch viele Themen.
Käpt’n Blaubär ist lustig. Käpt’n Blaubär ist ein alter Seebär. Ein Bär, der in einem Schiff wohnt. Bei ihm wohnen seine Enkel und sein Freund Hein Blöd. Man sagt, Seemänner lügen immer. Und das macht auch Käpt’n Blaubär.

Podcasts - què són?

2) Quins programes m'ajuden a automatitzar el procés de baixar-me podcasts?

4) Com configuro un podcast catcher - un programa que automàticament em baixa els podcasts?

1) Els podcasts que a mi m'interessen són programes de ràdio o televisió que puc baixar-me d'Internet i escoltar/veure quan i on vull.
Pel que sembla POD vol dir play on demand, cosa que he après avui. CAST ve de broadcasting, emetre via ràdio (d'això la BBC - the British Broadcasting Company).

2) Baixar-se un podcast es pot fer manualment. Per experiència pròpia us puc dir que és un procés de molts clics. Molt més còmode és instal·lar-se un programari que ho fa automàticament, un podcast catcher o aggragator, el que em caça els podcasts.
Jo conec iTunes i Juice, i gPodder per Linux. He sentit de parlar de Doppler.
3) Doncs, jo ara trigo entre 10 i 15 minuts per baixar-me els nous podcasts i posar-los al meu mòvil que és el meu MP3-player des de que es va fer malbé l'antic. Si teniu iPod + iTunes, llavors tot el procés és automàtic. Com amb tot, el que triga és el començament. Jo diria que es necessita entre mig horeta i una horeta per remenar, navegar, buscar i trobar. Què s'ha de fer:

a) Instal·lar el programa

b) Buscar podcasts que us interessin - amb això intentaré d'ajudar-vos.

c) Configurar el programa (és important, sinó l'ordinador s'omplirà amb documents àudio, i aquests pesen).

d) Si no ho voleu escoltar a l'ordi, l'heu de posar a l'MP3.

e) Trobar les estones per escoltar ;-)

Com he dit abans, un cop configurat, ja són només 10-15 minuts màxim per tenir-ho a l'MP3. Amb l'iPod + iTunes tot va automàtic.
4) La configuració no és complicada. Us ho explicaré en el pròxim post pq sigui més fàcil trobar la informació. 


P.D. Si algú em sap explicar com automatitzar el procés de posar els podcasts des d'iTunes a qualsevol altre tocador d'MP3, feu-m'ho saber ;-)
